Fibonacci serves only organic and free-trade coffee. We roast and brew all our coffees in house and guarantee that coffee will be served within 72 hours of roasting. Each cup is brewed with only the best spring water that our land provides us with. We are absolutely committed to serving you only the best cup of coffee by using only quality ingredients and a carefully designed roasting and blending process. We use a unique blend of coffee beans from Brazil, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Peru.
Our kitchen is led by executive chef Stephano Botticelli, who has mastered is craft at hotels and casinos around the world before moving to Canada and joining Fibonacci. Our goal is to serve Italian classics and comfort food. A visit to Fibonacci is not complete until you’ve tasted our coffee, savoured our food, and enjoyed our live music nights!
